Waterfront Neighborhoods

There are several different neighborhoods that offer oceanfront, riverfront or canal front homes in Indialantic.  The most obvious waterfront homes are those either on the East side of Highway A1A or the West side of North and South Riverside Drive.  However, there are few neighborhoods off the main roads that offer full riverfront access.  The West end of Franklyn Ave, Malibu Lane, Brookside Drive and River Shore Drive just to name a few.

The Cloisters

The Cloisters is home to many families and like The Sanctuary, is gated with a 24/7/365 security guard.  Homes and yards are beautifully maintained as is the clubhouse and community pool.  Within The Cloisters, there are about 240 homes of which approximately 60 are lakefront.  Home sizes range from 2,000 to 6,300 square feet.

Oceanside Village

Oceanside Village is one of the newest subdivisions in Indialantic.  If you are looking for a recently constructed home or want to build your own home, this is one of the few areas with a number of vacant lots.  Home sizes run from 1,400 to 4,400 square feet.  Oceanside Village is gated, has a clubhouse and a community pool.

The Sanctuary

This quiet, family oriented subdivision is gated and has a 24/7/365 security guard on duty.  Amenities include a large clubhouse, recently resurfaced tennis court a playground and a community pool.  The mature, oak tree lined streets are not only quite beautiful but also offer plenty of shade on those hot summer days.  The Sanctuary contains approximately 250 homes ranging in size from 2,000-6,000 square feet.

Indialantic By The Sea

Indialantic By The Sea is the area that is governed by the Town of Indialantic.  This area stretches from about Wayne Avenue on the North end of town to Miami Avenue on the South end.  There are over 900 single family homes here, many with pools and all within walking distance to the beach.  Most homes are in the 2,000 square foot range but homes of all sizes exist throughout the area.  This is fantastic area to start your beachside home search. 

Rio Villa

Rio Villa is another quiet neighborhood with tree lined streets and homes in various sizes and styles.  The homes in Rio Villa range in size from 1,800 to 5,000 square feet.
