Recently released data from the Space Coast Association of Realtors shows that real estate values in Brevard County continue to rise. Median sale prices for single family homes were up 4.5% in June compared to June 2017 and year-to-date sale prices are up just over 10%. Median prices of condo's and townhouses jumped 13.5% year over year and are up nearly 12% year-to-date.
